Christmas Eve at the Bottoms’ house was not dull. Although we missed some family members (those in Colorado and Texas), we definitely enjoyed the time we had together.
To all the family and friends (old & new) who allowed me the opportunity to take your beautiful portraits this year, I say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It was such a fun time hanging with the Plant family the day after Thanksgiving. We started at their home and then traveled to a local park. I’ve known this family my whole life. They are so beautiful! It is such an honor to know that some of these photos will grace the walls of their new home.

I had such a fun time photographing Alex’s senior pictures this week. We starting in downtown Nashville and ended up in the Gulch. The senior session was a little GQ and a little artsy. Thanks to Alex for being super easy to work with and very photogenic. You make senior portraits look amazing. Here’s to a bright future for this senior and the class of 2018!
What a beautiful day it was at Arrington Vineyard the last weekend of September. I had such a wonderful time capturing the wedding of sweet, sweet friends. Kristen made a gorgeous bride and it was obvious to onlookers that Matt and Kristen are truly in love. The vineyard setting was perfect and the wine was a plus, too! I enjoyed meeting family and friends of the newly married couple and capturing some candid moments throughout the evening. Congrats and cheers to Mr. & Mrs. Fili
Expecting a baby is a very special time in a young family’s life. While there are many changes happening all at once, documenting the pregnancy will ensure that these special moments are captured forever. I recently had the privilege to photograph an expecting mama. It was a joy to work with her and her family to capture some beautiful images for many years to come. I can’t wait to meet their little one on the way, and I certainly hope to continue documenting their beautiful story. Thanks “W” family!
It was a spontaneous surprise when I walked through Lafayette Square in beautiful Savannah and saw Allen and Jarumi. I sure am glad I asked if I could take a few pictures of the bride because it turned into a gorgeous wedding mini-session with the happy couple. You see…Allen & Jarumi had just been married in Savannah by themselves. They had no photographer and no family present. A big party in Peru was to come, but the beautiful bride and actual wedding day were being documented by Allen and his iPhone. Then I came along…
